A cold Saturday spent riding on the coast with Craig and Mark from Gullane to North Berwick, then after a cafe stop the return saw us joined by Donald. Was a great day despite the bitter cold wind which was gusty at times when exposed on the small hills along the coast here,

This was washed up on the coast and has been hidden to uplift to put to a good use around my stove..
New resin plastic pedals with steel hubs are proving ideal already. i got these from `Disco Brake parts` and at £24 are a lot cheaper than my previous `NANO` flats by Superstar....
